What is the Synergy Ministers' Conference (SMC)?
We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. (2 Corinthians 6:1)
Can you imagine that God Almighty, became flesh and walked this same earth you are walking on today? He went about preaching, teaching and healing. Nothing was hidden from Him. He saw through all the problems of humanity and spoke His one solution - I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH!
Beloved child of God, God is doing something important on earth today. He is building the body of Christ, the Church. God cannot do it alone. His children can't also do it on their own. The only way to build the Church is to do it together; man, workingFisher together with God to accomplish God's vision.
The word "together" is the Greek word: "sunergeo" which means: to work together, to help in work or to be a partner in labour. It also means to put forth power together with and thereby to assist.
Synergy, the name of this conference, is coined from "sunergeo", thus the vision behind this Conference is to raise Christians to work together with the Lord and with each other to build the Church in quantity and in quality.
Why do I need to attend SMC?
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. (Isaiah 2:2)
We are living in the days of the fulfillment of this prophecy, where the Church must become very big and great to accommodate all nations and you cannot be left out. This is why you cannot afford to have a small Church. However, you cannot use a formula to achieve Church growth. Your effort alone can never achieve Church growth.
Jesus said in John 15:5 that, without Him, we can accomplish nothing. This means that we need to learn how to work TOGETHER and synergistically with the Lord to produce much fruit.
In Deuteronomy 32:30, God reveals a concept that does not make logical sense; one puts a thousand to flight, thus, you would expect two to put how many to flight? Two thousand! Logically, that is the answer, however, God says it is a wrong answer. When you work together with God, then two will put ten thousand to flight. This is Synergy! This is what SMC is about!
Your Church is about to experience such growth, no building can keep up with it.
Who can attend SMC?
Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. (Matthew 9:37-38)
Jesus is ever ready to work together with every believer who is available and ready to work together with Him.
As the name implies, this conference is for Ministers of Jesus Christ. A minister is one who serves, a minister of Jesus Christ is one who serves Jesus to his generation.
This conference is thus designed for Heads of ministries and all laborers, leaders or shepherds they work with in the ministry.
As each person learns how to work together with the Lord Jesus, working with fellow laborers in oneness will be easily achieved.
